Looking to switch routine, need advice

Hey guys,

I've been doing a 3-day split (Back/Bi's, Chest/Tri's, Shoulders/Legs) for about a month now, and I'm looking to switch up my routine to avoid hitting a plateau.

What do you guys recommend I do?

Full body, push/pull, or upper/lower

Don't switch until you've hit a plateau, not just when you are anticipating hitting a plateau.

no gains in strength, size.

depending on how long you've been training in the first place, determines how often to change, and to what.

usually you start off with fullbody, then split into upper/lower, then a push/pull or push/pull/legs, and the final step when you've been training a year or two is single muscle group a day (arm day, chest day, back day, shoulder day, quad day, hamstring day....repeat).
even then, if your goal isn't bodybuilding, you shouldn't go beyond a 3 day split.
