Results are results. | Honestly, I just didn't feel like lifting for an hour 6 days a week, after the second week i was feeling like i had to force myself to lift. I posted this in T-nation, and they said it was fine, so i'm bout to hit the garage and lift tonight. pretty excited about it. |

| | | I just don't like the idea of squats and deads on the same day, one will suffer. Do not have access to a bench? |

| | | I think i'll be fine with the deads/squats, but we'll see. I could split them up if they dont workout and put one in B1 and the other in B2. And nope, no bench but looking for one on craiglist. |

| | | I have said it once and I will say it again. I like putting deads on my back day so you can reserve squats. |

NBS: If i did that, would deadlift go in a lower B2? |

Personally I wouldn't do heavy squats and deads on the same day but I'd be happy doing higher rep work |

On a cut maybe but I'd never do it on a bulk because my intensity is too high to give it my "all" for both movements. If you shooting for a med-low intensity then you should be ok. Rep ranges will play a factor as well.
Let us know how it works out for you Phate. |

Maybe not as much, but I don't see any point to it when you're lifting 4 times a week, you know? | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
