Maintaining

Thanks to all your advice overthe last few months, I am now almost at my desired body shape and composition.

My question is, what sort of exercise routine and diet should you have to just keep your body the same, maybe losing some fat but not gaining or losing any muscle and definately not gaining fat. Basically I want to just be able to stay like this with maybe a bit of cutting first.

Thanks.

To maintain muscle, workout lightly but regularly. Just take your current routine and don't be so fervent about it. Eat regularly so your muscles don't go catabolic during exercise. Honestly though, you can always be better than you are.

For weight, just keep your caloric intake equal to your caloric usage each day. You won't gain or lose weight this day.
