ok i need to know. i get really weak sometimes when imma working so i drink and energy drink called monster energy. so is it ok for me to drink this or is it harmful to drink these is it junk or is it a good energy drink.

Not sure of this product by cytomax is one of the better ones. I just use pure dextrose in a protein blend myself when i'm training.

I drink monster drinks every now and then. The green can has calories and carbs the blue can doesn't. Best tasting energy drink out if you ask me, well at least compared to red bull and the such...

IMHO, monster sucks balls.

I'm a crazy caffiene addict and I've tried them all...from red bull, to monster, to redline...but the best that I have ever tried (that was available for me to purchase on a regular basis) was Rockstar. There is also a diet version. Now...if you are in the states you can try Bookoo...its insane...best stuff I've ever tried..but its not available to me case I'm in Canada....

Those drinks are really expensive.

I get High 5, Isotonic powder.

Its a carb drink with electrolytes, same as lucozade but in a powder, Its really cheap and mixes instantly with water. Sorry I dont have a link, a friend gets it for me.

No way man!!!! 2 scoops of High5 and 10g of creatine mono in 1ltr of water. Tastes as good as any other sports drink and you cant taste the creatine.

Creatine £10 for 200g
high5 £7 for 600g

makes 40 500ml drinks @42p each. you cant beat that.

Mountain Dew Amp.....tall boy.....16 oz......Best taste.....Nothing really harmful in energy drinks, just don't consume more than two a day.....worst thing in them is the sugar....
