I apologize for the gender mistake, young woman.

Why is it so intensely strong. What is driving this issue? I still believe from what I am reading, that its your mind bringing the limitation. If you release this and adhere to a realistic progressive training schedule this limitation in the weight room will improve because the body will not be given a choice--IF you mentally apply it and then act this out in the gym.

The only way to make them stronger is to connect the mind to the training, and attempt to progress from one work out to the next, one step at a time, and you can improve this situation, by always trying. Its when you give up there is no hope and it will either fester and get worse or the problem can remain.

That was a great post Chillen, what you say is so true. It's all about how badly we want to change.

I believe I will be re-reading that post everytime I need a boost!
