Exclamation My 3-day strength training is working but getting too easy. Should I ramp it up?

I am doing a three-day-a week strength training program that a friend suggested and it is definitely working as I have increased my bench to a personal best 265 and am able to also do a personal best 19 pull-ups. Although I am getting results, I get stir crazy on other days and feel like the 3 day per week schedule is just getting to be too easy. Anyone have any strength programs that are working that are at least 4 or 5 days a week?

why would you want to change something that is working? When it stops working, then start worrying, but not now mate.
