My FBW,looking for feedback/constructive criticism.

FBW every 3 days

bench press: 15x2
bicep,forearm and tricep curls: 15x2
leg extensions: 15x2
laying leg curls: 15x2
lower back extensions:15x2
sitting lat rows: 15x2
cruches: 15x2
lower ab workout: 15x2
calf extensions: 15x2


other days that im not lifting i do cardio, 1 mile each of those days.
i take creatine(cell-tech brand).

i do the majority of these on a bowflex ultimate2 except : bicep/forearm curls, benchpress,and crunches/lower abs.
Anything you guys may think i need to add / takeaway please feel free to post.

I don't see deadlifts, squats, military press, BO rows, chins/pull ups, dips. Too many isolational.

well, should i replace something for squats / deadlifts / military press or just add them in?

I don't know about replacing them. Looks like you have too many leg iso's like leg curls, calve raises, etc.

Your entire routine should revolve around these basic exercises:
Bench
Military Press
squat
deadlift
Chins/ pull ups
dips
rows

after that, you can add w/e isolational exercises you want. ( bicep curls, skull crushers, calve raises, etc )

I do all of those except military press. I always hear everyone recommending it.

Do you mean a standing military press?

One where the bar never goes below your shoulders?

i have a 300 lb Olympic weight set, with a benchpress/legpress bench - ez curl bar, several dumbells.
