My Planned WorkOut Routine

Tell me about this Workout Routine Ive set up, the goal is to bulk out(just more muscle hardly want to be the Incredible Hulk) and build up my general fitness such as my Cardio and also to lose my body fat.
Im planning a 4 day Workout Routine(starting in Jan 2007) tell me if this is okay for achieving them goals:

Bench Press 3 Sets of 15
Arm Curl 3 Sets of 15
Chest Press 3 Sets of 15
Lat Pulldown 3 Sets of 15
Seated Row 3 Sets of 15
Seated Leg Curl 3 Sets of 15
Leg Press 3 Sets of 15
Butterfly 3 Sets of 15
Treadmill Run 15 mins
Cross Trainer 15 mins
Rower 15 mins
followed by a 30 minute Swim

I am thinking of doing that routine 4 days a week, Im still a beginner in fitness training so let me know if there is any faults with that workout guys or whether you think it will work or not?

Go over to t-nation and pickout a pre-made program. Your program is way to big for your fitness levels.

You'll burnout in no time.

GHS09 - looks pretty good.
I would move the leg exercises to the beggining of the work out.
Also the workout is puite un ballenced, over the week you have 3 exercises for chest but only one exercise for the lats, and nothing for the abs and obliques.
