| | | My routine I don't go to the weight room as I'm too young & I wanted to know, will 20 lbs get me anywhere? So far they've made me somewhat strong but I want to know if I use them to their full potential will I get even stronger strong? I don't want to lift too much weight right now which is why I haven't really been trying to get more heavier weights. Anyway, should the weights get me really strong? And should I do more pushups? I don't do them that much as they're kind of hard to do. I used to could do 20 every few minutes or so a couple months ago but now I can hardly do 10. After time will I be able to do more?
Also, keep in mind that I'm only 12, I'll be 13 in three months on December 21st. |

| | | this is irrelevant but yay for detroit, j man! lol my guess on ur problem would be that 20lb would not be good for very long, but im a girl whos weak as hell so i would not know. read around, like he said. |
