My Workout

Okay, so here goes:

MWF:

leg press- m,w,f
leg curls- m,w,f
deadlifts- f
rows- m,w
pulls- m,w,f
bench press- m,w,f
incline bench- w
decline bench- m, f
pec flies- m,w,f
tri pushdowns- m,w
skullcrushers- f
shrugs- m,w,f
military press-m,w,f
lat raises-m,w,f
lat pulldowns-m,w,f

Im working HST schedule. So for the first 2 weeks 1x15 for each set. week 3-4 2x10. weeks 5-6 3x5 and then again (3x5) for weeks 7-8. Following week 8 is a week off (SD)- then repeat.

What do you guys think?
