My Workout plan

I wonder if any of you guys could comment on my workout plan I am going to start. Been lifting about 2 months already and want a solid plan to stick to. I do cardio about 3 times a week and i'm currently trying to stick to a low card diet with a caloric deficit.

So here it goes:

Monday:

Squats 3 x 10
Deadlifts 3 x 10
Calf raises 3 x 10
Hack Squats 3 x 10

Tuesday:

Barbell bicep curls 3 x 10
Bent over rows 3 x 10
Hammer curls 3 x 10
Push ups 5 x 15

Wednesday:

Crunches 4 x 20
Leg pull ins with weight 3 x 10
Cross body crunch 4 x 20
Oblique crunches 4 x 20
Stiff Leg Barbell Good Morning 3 x 10

Friday:

Bench press 3 x 10
Shoulder press 3 x 10
Seated military press 3 x 10
Push ups 5 x 15
Snatch hang high pull 3 x 10

Thursday, Saturday and Sunday are my rest days.

If you could comment, suggest some better exercises etc. it would be highly appreciated.
Thanks.

are you trying to do a full body? or an upper lower? i dont quite know what it looks like.. Since you have only been lifting for 2 months, id recommend a full body routine 3 times a week. Just search the forums for "full body workout" you will find all the advice you need. If you then got some questiones, ask away!

full body workouts are when you work your entire body each session. Do the search, it will tell you all about it.

A full body workout is all of your body. Generally, yes, they are done 3x a week with Monday, Wednesday, Friday, been a typical split. Don't try anything else until you have some experience with full body.

in 5 to 6 movements one can work their entire body. On average it takes about an hour.

Freeweights are the only resistence one wants to use (except for some special situations).

Great job,

Though i wouldnt think Stiff leg deads and Bent over rows need to done on the same day. Or atleast i think so. Any more thoughts (from the crew) on whether these two movements should be done in the same day?

hmm.. dont see why not. But it depends, if your lower back gets very fatigued form them, then it could affect your ability to do bendt over rows properly.

What i see with that routine is that you need to balance your movements, you got way more pushing than pulling.

Horizontal pull = horizontal push
Vertical pull = vertical push

thats how it should be, BASICLY.

Just read around the forums and you will find lots of templates on how to set up a routine, just follow them really, dont add any exercises since you will just screw with the balance of the workout. Back is more importaint than chest, there, i said it!

Meh, I wouldn't go so far as to say one is more important than the other, but your routine should definitely be balanced, as Karky has said. So for example, pull-ups could go side to side with your military press - plus, it should eliminate the need for that curls, it'll just replace it.
