Im going to start a new workout plan starting Monday, let me know what you think of this and if its good/bad and how you would change it(if you would).
Note:I will be doing Supersets so each exercise will be 5 Sets with the following reps:15,12,10,8,6
Monday/Wednesday Chest/Arms
Pec Dec
Lat Pulldown
Arm Curl
Bicep Curl
Chest Press
Situps
Tuesday/Thursday Shoulders/Legs
Military Press
Lateral Raise
Front Raise
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Leg Extension
Also each day I will do about 30 Minutes Cardio and do a 32 length swim(half a mile)
Pick a routine here. Quite a lot of people post their home-made routines which are unbalanced or lacking something. Pick one from that sticky.
Do you have access to free weights cause I see you listed chess press instead of bench press and have no squats but you have leg press. Are you in a machine only gym?

Thanks for the reply mate, yeah ive got access to free weights at the gym, but as for the bench press its always difficult to get on in the gym im in as its always preoccupied by the proper muscleheads lol.
