Need general help for building muscle mass

I'm a 17 year old male with a very high metabolism. My diet is high in carbs (sugar mostly), protein, and calories. I'm not weak, but I have no body fat, so I look very lean.

I've been doing pushups, something similar to a crunch, and doing a variety of arm workouts with 3.5lb weights (focusing on stamina)

What general things should I change to build muscle mass? I have a home gym and a small variety of workout equipment.

Any advice would be great
- Coke

EDIT: Oh right, my bad.
I am 5'11" and 155lbs

First of all you do have body fat, its just probably a lower percentage.

Second of all what is your height and weight?

And a pretty simple rule of thumb to start this thread out with is if your trying to gain muscle mass, you have to bulk up and lift hard. That means eat a lot of calories with carbs proteins and good fats and lift heavy (5 sets of 5 reps, 4 sets of 6 reps, 8 sets of 3 reps). Im sure someone will post the links for the calorie calculator and starting workout routine.
