Need a good program to follow?

I know diet plays a big part on getting toned and losing weight. BUt I need some suggestions on a good workout plan.

I am 5ft 114 and want to loose about 9lbs.
I am trying to watch what I eat and trying to avoid carbs or eat less carbs at night.
And I am trying to keep my calorie intake to between 1200-1500

I only have about 1 hour per day.
I do own a treadmill and some dumbells.

What is a good exercise program to be able to see results? I have been told to change what I do every week. So I was thinking walking for 45min and each day dumbells afterwards on a specific part of body such as shoulders and tri w/stomach exercises every day, then the next week my cardio video that is 20min cardio and 20min weights. The next week walking again but with pilates? Then start all over.

My problem areas is my butt and thighs. I would like more defined arms and tummy but they are not that bad right now.

Please suggest any routines!

There are plenty of routines out there that can help. I would highly recommend finding a gym. The dumbbells are fine...you will need to learn to be creative with them.

I personally don't prescribe "cookie cut" workouts when I don't even know your physical abilities and fallbacks. You could go to t-nation.com for free info like this. Also, take a little time to research what you want from a reliable source... it will serve you well.

You could also consider getting a few sessions with a personal trainer. I was surprised when I started working with one because I found I was not pushing myself nearly as hard as I could go. In the beginning I could barely use 5 lb weights to do dumbell curls. I'm up to 20 lbs now (i'm 5'5" and 125 lbs).

The trainer can also show you how to lift correctly which will help prevent injury.

Good luck hope this helps!
