Need help periodizing/putting in a power day

iv been thinking up a "routine" that seems real fun to do, i just get stuck when i try to choose what set/rep builds i use.
How often should someone change their set/rep build in order to make progression?
every week? every 2 weeks? until it stops working?
Monday
Back Squat
Bench Press
Pendlay Rows
Hanging Pikes

Wednesday
Overhead Squat
Deadlifts
Military Press
Chinups

Friday
Front Squats
Dips
Power Cleans
BB Curls

as you see, i have the exercises i just need to figure out a way to program sets/reps into it.
any suggestions?
i also want to fit in a power day/dynamic speed day for lifts. what should i do?

start of with higher reps, and lower them every wk while increasing the weight
3x12 2wks
increase weight
3x10 2wks
increase weight
3x8 2wks
increase weight
4x5 2wks
that way you get the benefits of different rep ranges, and the load/weight increases.
you could start higher if you want thats just an example.
