Now my main problem is the bulking diet. If you guys could help me there, I'd greatly apreciate it. I have the grocery list( Courtesy of LV) and i know what stuff to eat... Just not sure at what time and how much. My goal is to clean bulk, avoid fat. Btw, quick question... While Im bulking, could I get my abs? Or is that in the ripping phase? |

| | its when you cut you get your abs by removing the fat layer in front of them.
While you bulk, you can make your abs bigger though, so when you cut, they will be nice and bulky
and eat atleast every 3 hours.

there are more of them, i think there should be a 3. if not atleast there is a reloaded 1 and 2, so when you are done with them just do a search for "massive eating" on the page.
