Hi all,
New to the forums and was looking for some help on how to lose weight and gain muscle. I've been going to a gym for around 3 years but haven't developed a solid routine. I am currently 5'9" and 175lbs.
Here's the problem, I am currently in college and at most I can realistically dedicate 1-1.5 hours a day/4 days a week to working out.
My school's gym is well stocked with cardio and weight equipment.
Another problem is that I'm vegetarian so I'm very limited as to what I can eat in the cafe. Anything I eat is usually fried, pizza with the occasional stir fry. I want to lose about 15 pounds and put on some muscle. Any suggestions would be excellent.
