Alrighty Fellas, its been a while so i thought id post up and let you's know how im going....
I go roughly 3 times a week to the gym for about 45mins to an hour.
These are my exercises;
approx 10min warm up of cardio
leg press
dumbell press
lat pulldown
bicep curls
sit ups/crunches
Some type of rowing machine exercise (cant think of the name)
In different orders each time. But i think that is my full body work out.
Ill post up some pics.. these pictures are really very flattering of my results, hence the stupid poses lol. Ill get a photo up in the same sence as the first one.

How often do you switch up your routine?

You can incorporate interesting exercises like the Zottman curl, California press, clean and jerk, etc.
