Alrighty Fellas, its been a while so i thought id post up and let you's know how im going....
I go roughly 3 times a week to the gym for about 45mins to an hour.
These are my exercises;
approx 10min warm up of cardio
leg press
dumbell press
lat pulldown
bicep curls
sit ups/crunches
Some type of rowing machine exercise (cant think of the name)
In different orders each time. But i think that is my full body work out.
Ill post up some pics.. these pictures are really very flattering of my results, hence the stupid poses lol. Ill get a photo up in the same sence as the first one.
