new routine

Hi, i've been working out at the gym for 2 months now and as part of the package i purchased i get reappraisals every 2 months and i wanted ur opinion the the new routine that the trainer has given me.

I work out 3 times a week (M,W,F) and have been doing so for 2 months, I am currently 165lbs, 6ft and i want to reduce the amount of body fat i have before i start bulking. Heres the routine:

Mon-Wed-Fri
45deg Leg Press 3x10
Leg Extensions 3x10
Fitball Curl 3x10 (works hamstrings and abs)
Inclined DB press/DB press (alternating between the 2) 3x10
T-Bar Row 3x10
Military shoulder press BB 3x10
Assist Tricep dips 3x10
AB crunches on fitball
also 10-15min cardio

Tue-Thur-Sat
30-45min cardio

Would really appreciated ur opinion so i know if i should bother with the reappraisals! Also should i include an isolated bicep exercise?

I don't see any reason to do leg presses and/or leg extensions.

I would replace them with squats and deadlifts.

What was your regimen last time?

The T-bar, it is chest supported or no? If it's chest supported, I would replace with convention bent over rows.

I see no reason to do both bench presses and dips. One or the other since they both work the pecs, the inclines also work the anterior delts.

Well, I don't like your current routine, so if you want good advice:

Buy "New Rules of Lifting" and forget the stupid trainers for anything more than form correction.
