New routine :)

Hellooo. I used to do a 4 day split at home now im back at the gym doing cardio aswell so I decided to make a new routine. Here it is:

Monday:

Chest (machines) /back / arms / 30 mins bike

Wednesday:
Stomache / legs / shoulders / 30 mins bike


Friday:

chest (bench) / arms / back /30 mins bike


Any improvments?

good start, but i would reverse it every other week

Not bad. My only suggestion is: Go powerful on chest and back (superset even) and just one or two bi's and tri's at the end since you're working them secondary on back and chest. Also- there are so many exercises for chest and back why use the machines?

Cardio- your body will get used to the bike after a bit. Try mixing it up (running, eliptical, sprinting intervals, step machine).

Oki thanks for advice. I use the machine because I seem to feel it alot and there isn't an olympic bar at my gym. I have one at home and 50kg in weight but I prefer the gym
