New to working out, home gym help

Hello, all. I have never really worked out before, ever. I would like to get started, but don't really know where to go. I have some BASIC equipment at home:

ZOOM-UNIVERSITY EQUIPMENT 3750 OLYMPIC BENCH

It seems like I could do a good bit of exercises on what I have. I would like to work out for a while at home using this, before stepping up and joining a gym. I am 23, 6'1 about 185, but I am very skinny and lanky, with a beer gut. I would like to gain some muscle mass and tone up, while working on loosing the weight in my midsection. What I would like to know, is what should my weekly routine be? I.E., muscles to work, sets, reps, etc. Like I said, I am new to this, and don't know much, so I could use the help!
