New workout, been doing for about 2 months

Hey, can anyone comment/help my routine

Height- 6'3
Weight- 166-170

Routine- every other day I do

Bend over rows, dumbell 35lb
Curls, dumbells, 30 lbs
bench, 35 lb dumbells on each side
(3 sets of 10 reps each.. curls I do 20 so 10 with each hand)
2x10 regular pushups
2x10 clap pushups
chest press 3x10- 85 lbs

the other day consists of

leg press- 180 lbs (3x10)
squats- (still working on form so only doing 25lbs on each side of bar.. can do higher but my form breaks down 3x10)
deadlifts (same thing, form is a problem so 25 lbs on each side of bar to make sure I keep back straight)
abs

I run 3 days a week.. usually 3 miles at 6 40 a mile pace with a 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down.
Other days I do the rowing machine for 30 minutes and burn around 350-400 calories (I do HIIT for 15 of the minutes)

I really don't count calories but I would say my diet is healthy as I eat around 5 meals a day and only eat whole wheat grains, lean meats, lots of fruits and veggies, nuts, skim milk (in cereal), etc.. cheat meals probably 2 times a week (but small portions) and unfortunatly I drink usually 1 night a week (but pretty heavily on that night).

I am eating at around matinence.. mabye a bit more but the cardio probably brings it below.

I have been getting decent results and am really just trying to but more lean mass on my body.

-If you want to add lean mass you need to eat above your maintenance level, You're 6'3 and 170 so you need to bulk seriously, don't worry about losing fat the moment, concentrate on bulking

- You need to up your calories, I'd say around 500 calories above your maintenance level.
- Cardio might not be necessary since you're trying to bulk.

-You need to work on your routine, I don't see any shoulder exercises. Read the stickies in the weight training forum

You may want to cut back on the cardio too. While strength training has little effect on cardio gains, lots of cardio will stunt strength gains.

Aside from that, adding a few more sets for each exercise wouldn't hurt.

As long as he keeps eating good he won't lose strength; then there should be no reason to limit cardio; especially on a bulk because you wanna keep the heart going healthy and strong and this can help minimize fat gains on a bulk.
