Not feeling "burn" in bicep

When I do concentration curls my dominant (right) arm always feels the burn and increases in size pretty easily but when I curl my left bicep I don't feel too much of anything and the size doesn't increase much... I don't know what's going on. I just started working out a few weeks ago, so I don't know if this is normal or what.

Opinions?

Are you using free weights?

sometimes I really have to focus on keeping the weight balanced so you can feel the stress on both arms or legs. I've found my dominant arm tends to want to do more of the lifting.

This might be just me, but a while ago I noticed the same thing. I figured that because I'm right handed, I use my right arm for everything (carrying things, etc...) and my right arm was more fatigued to begin with.

same here. left arm feels little. it fatigues but doesn't 'burn.' I use the exact same technique too. My left bicep also has a dent in it in the edge of the muscle. Weird haha.

I only feel a 'burn' like you say when im goin like 8+ reps (most of the time

With heavier weight and lower reps i dont feel a burn really. As long as your curling properly i shouldnt worry about it.

When I use dumbells for curls I always start with my left (my weaker arm), and I do the exact same amount of reps with both arms. Try using the preacher curl bench backwards, while standing up put your armpit on the pad and curl one arm at a time with dumbells. This always burns my left arm, well both arms.
