Numbers..

I'm just curious as to what other women are lifting or can lift... squat, bench, deadlift, anything...

Since none of my friends lift and all of the women in my gym that lift only grab the 3 and 5lb dumbells.. i figured i'd ask here.. if anyone is willing to share.

I've been out of the weight routine on a consistant basis for some time now but when I do find myself in the weight room I do these amongst other things:

bench: 65
seated row: 90
SLDL:90
bi curls 15DB
shoulder press (military press) 20 DB
flyes 25DB
Squat: 120
..I dunno, those are some, they aren't my max, I've never tried for my max and I don't know whats "normal" or "good" so these might be wimpy, I'm not sure! I do 2-3 sets of 12 on everything, just depending on the day and what other cardio I'm doing. But like I said, I do this like once a week cause I never have time to fit it in lately.

last Fall I was really really into lifting and got those numbers where they are. Maybe the only reason they stay is that I still maintain a lot of anaerobic training and my diet is really protein heavy. not sure. I do know when I lift its certainly not as EASY to do those numbers and I've no doubt you could kick my butt!

Think SLDL is a single leg deadlift.

or straight leg dead lift?

I don't even want to think about a single leg dead lift, I already dislike the bulgarian squat?

edit: sorry. I googled single leg deadlift, there is such a beast.....

Straight Leg Deadlift. Not a big fan: it promotes lumbar spine flexion under loading...not a good bet if you'd like to be back pain-free over the course of your lifetime. Romanians are a wiser more prudent choice

i can't do any push ups due to a bad wrist
I can do a few holding DBs or using push up bars, but I've never just done them to see how many I could do.
