I'm currently eating 5 meals a day, however Im not 100% sure about what the meals should consist of. As well as this i'm at college and its hard to space meals out evenly when I'm in college at 9 till 4:30 some days. Every 1 hour and 30 minutes I get a 15 minute break. then from 12:15 to 13:15 is dinner. The closest thing to me is the college shop at dinner wha sells packed sandwiches/yoghurts/drinks and basically crap food. Then the refectory sells burgers chips and stuff.
Just need a brush up on a basic daily 5 meal set out and also a suggestion for eating at college.
