| I'm sorry i posted this last time but my question is not done. See if I was to workout and diet and build mass, would i lose any fat? For example weight lifting mon. wed. fri and cardio on tue.thurs.sat, and rest on sunday. I'll be eating 2000 calories a day. See, I never relly ate more then 1700 in a day. I was never that hungry so would this plan work? [or do i really have to do one at a time please help thanks]
