Hey guys, I was wondering what you guys thought about this. I enjoy the taste, so that's not a problem. I was wondering just how nutritious it is.
On paper, it looks great. Tons of oatmeal and a variety of nuts with healthy oils. Good source of low glycemic carbs and EFAs from the nuts. What do you think? I'm thinking of eating three packets a day, which is about 1.5 cups.
