Rickster, I tried sending in the
PM but wouldn' let me yet. But, here is the skinny. There are 3 programs to do and there is a nutrition guide that comes with it. You need to be careful on which nutrition plan you decide to use because one will make you lose weight, one will more or less maintain your weight and one will have you gain some weight in muscle. I would go with the classic program on the work out, because it would be the one that would have you gain muscle.
