Hey guys tomorrow I am starting the p90x work out and i'm starting with triceps tomorrow and as im reading the list of workouts to do i cannot find when i tried google-ing them on how to do it and I was wondering if you guys can tell me how it is to do the following work outs?

Deep Swimmer’s Presses
Flip-Grip Twist Tricep Kickbacks
Two-Angle Shoulder Flys
Crouching Cohen Curls
In & Out Straight-Arm Shoulder Flys
Congdon Curls
Side Tri-Rises

Do you not have the videos? Did you buy the program

lol true, I wonder how is he going to start without the videos...

My guess is he got a hold of the work out sheets, they are free all over the web. However the videos are a must, they show the form and also the time frame that you need to get everything done in.
