'Pimple' like red spots on my chest and back....

Well im 19 - almost 20 now... and i started working out at 15 yearsold to lose weight, lost like 20+Kg over the years. I'm 68.6KG now, when I started working out back almost 5 years ago I was almost 90.0KG. So yeah...I got to about 76KG from 90KG'ish and stopped eating right and working out after doing that for 1.5 years...from the age of 16.5-to almost 20 now I've actually grown in height a few CM's but I've gone down in weight to 71.4KG.

Now back then....I use to get these pimple/zit like red small spots on my chest/back and when I'd stop working out for a week or so..they'd all go away lol?

I started working out 2 weeks ago just doing cardio only because I wanna lose the remaining excess body fat I have and I'm currently 68.6KG...weighing myself once a week.

Now here's the main thing...now that I've been doing cardio for the past 2 weeks...guess what...THE RED SPOTS ARE BACK!

What is this? I'm clean as hell and I use my own equipment that I clean before & after each use...I use different clothes for working out that are clean...I have showers after I'm done...my house is VERY clean and tidy...etc.

    I don't get it?

get a silacilic acid(sp?) with a PH less than 4.
then a benzoyle peroxide ointment 2.5%.
then you need a basic moisturizer

this is just what is helping me

red spots huh...does it itch or is it painful? how much do you sweat when you work out? what kind of shirt do you wear? these might not be pimples but could be heat rash. you said when you stop working out they go away, so that makes me think that its not pimples because pimples would continue to appear. i would sometimes get heat rash on my chest until i changed my workout shirt to a moisture wicking shirt...one of the underarmour shirts...i would check walmart for a cheap one though because when you buy underarmour you pay more than half the price on its name alone.

Also try washing your clothes in fragrance free detergent.

When you do cardio you sweat a lot. Sweat is greasy so its more likely to clog up pores, and if you're naturally predisposed to getting pimples on top of that then I guess it will result in more pimples. I know sweating a lot can cause me to break out anyways.

What about a body scrub. Body scrubs are really good for getting ride of the dead skin and opening up your pours

They're not actually pimples /zits , theyre just LIKE them....no pus..just red spot.

I don't pick at them lol

And they go away when I completely stop working out for a 3-6 days..but once I start again they come right back.

i used to have those too. they were just soft red spots and then they disappeared after a day or two. try using Neutrogena Body Wash and apply AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) 10% Lotion afterwards. That helped and now I don't get them anymore.
