please take a look at my routine. Suggestions?

Hi all.

As some of you may know I have had (and still am having) digestive problems and am not in the greatest health. I am however tired of using this as an excuse for not exercising. I am starting with body weight only exercises and need your advice on things I should add. My goal is to gain some strength. I would like to gain some weight as I am only 140 lbs and am a 6 foot tall 28 year old male. Thanks

2 x 25 pushups
2 x 30 dips on the end of a coffee table
2 x 10 pull ups (palms facing towards me)
2 x 5 chin ups (palms facing away)
grip work out with the little grip things. 50 up 50 upside down. then clamp them each way and hold as long as I can.

Mon
Wed
Fri
------------------

Stretching routine
Running for 20 min (keeping heart rate at at least 120 per minute the whole time)
2 x 25 squats (just body weight)
2 x 70 Calf xtentions (body weight only)
2 x 30 situps

Tues
Thurs
Sat
------------------

So yeah is there any major muscle group I am neglecting? I am trying to work with mostly compound exersises to get as much as I can from the little time I spend doing it. I am currently looking for a gainer supliment that doesn't have too much sugar. Anyone know of any that have tons of calories but not sooooo much sugar? I also will not eat artificial sweetners. Thanks all in advance for any tips or advice.

Peace

I think Scrapper would be your best friend BODY BY FISH or Your Top Source For Free Boxing Training Advice or beastskills.com

Gainers are typically loaded with sugars and I have yet to see one that doesn't have artificial sweetners in it.

Thank for the info. I do not have the $99 for that one link but I like the boxing one. The forums there may be helpful too. Seems like they have a lot of traffic.

I am already seeing more results and quicker with my body weight only sets than I ever have with weights. I think I am just accepting I might never be huge but making what I got look a lot better and improving my quickness.

Now the diet thing. UGH I do take a multi but I need to eat a lot better.

Steel,

on the BODY BY FISH site, look at the top and it has a button that says "workouts". Click on it. Scrapper has 5-6 routines using no equipment and minimal equipment.

And both Ross and Scrapper have pretty good physiques.

WOW thanks man I see em now. That is a lot of great info! I actually saw his pull up page before by doing a search for types of pullups. I just never saw the workout link up top. Good stuff!
