"XD" is like an overexagerrated "=)". Like the guy is smiling so hard his eyes turn into gigantic x's.

It hasn't been released yet. I talked to Adam last month, and he still hasn't found a publisher. Here's the best post on the topic that I can find, posted by Adam himself to address most of the questions that people have.
Toly, I'm currently 185 at 12% bodyfat, and I am 5'9". In the photos I was about 175 I think, and about 10-11% bodyfat... Perhaps a tad lower, but that's what the OMRON said.
LYF, thanks... Now I get it. I'm old so I'm a little slow some times.
Muscleboy, thanks for the props. I'm not unhappy with my pecs in general. They could be better if I weren't a multiple shoulder surgery recipient. My shoulders have suffered the worst. When I was my twenties I had some ripped and buff shoulders. Paying for the sins of my youth now, so all you young'ins who push it to the limit every time, take heed!

low carb... dammit... I would have to drop mash potatoe. What is a decent substitute for potatoes / chips etc then? because I enjoy when not dieting kind of your 3 piece meal:
e.g.
main: fish
secondary: potatoe / chips etc.
veg: peas

Yeah, you pretty much have to forget chips and potatoes. As I mentioned earlier... do Adam's Diet. If you follow it you will see some major progress.
For those of you interested in my method of training (AUTOREGULATION), you really HAVE to come to my fitness summit this year. Bill Hartman will be one of the guests, and you don't want to miss it. Not to mention Alwyn Cosgrove and Lou Schuler (New Rules of Lifting). Steve Watterson, head str coach of the Tenn Titans, will be one of the guests, and John Williams who co-wrote a book with John Berardi will also be there. There has not been a line-up like this ANYWHERE! Read more info and register here. The other cool thing is that you get to meet me and some of the others in this forum and a couple of other forums face to face. We really throw down with all the learning is done.
