Pull ups / Push ups / Sit ups / ?
I am looking for a workout routine that I can perform in my home at night before I go to bed each night. I am looking for exercises that do not require any specialized equipment. Currently I am doing pull ups, push ups, and sit ups each night. I was just wondering if there are any other exercises I could incorporate into my routine to see better results.
I am not looking to bulk up at all, I am just looking to improve strength. I was also wondering if maybe I should not be doing push ups and pull ups every night. I understand that sit ups can be done every night, as well as lower body workouts, but I also wanted to see if I should give my upper body a rest every other day or something like that.
Thanks for any help.

ok first off, u shouldnt workout b4 you go to bed. Aside from what your doing now, try bench dips(google it), diamond push ups(where you connect your index fingers and thumbs to make a triangle with your hands). Also yes you should give your body a rest, including lowerbody and abs. At most you should be doing your routine 5 times a week, with a rest day between workout days.

Plus, if I work out right before bed, it takes me alot longer to get to sleep. I guess I stay 'pumped up' for a while after.
