The thing is I do say on the push day-a few chest excercises, a few shoulders, a couple quads, and a couple triceps so my workout probly lasts 90 minutes. Is this too long and should i split up my routine more? |

| | | Depends on what your trying to accomplish. But i'd say clarify your objective first - if your gonna do push pull split - do that and stick with it, if your gonna do full body (which is basically what your doing mixing in the other exercises) - then do that. And if your working out hard, then you'll probobly want to limit your workout to about an hour or less. |

| | Your last set up depends on what you're going to do for pulling and for legs. I would split a day between legs and pulling, so it might look like this-
push
legs HIIT or off
pull HIIT or off
rest
