Wink push/pull routine help

After 4 months of doing a basic (not overly full of variety) full body program 3 days a week, it has been recommended that I move to a push/pull split, which i assume means day one push, day two pull, day three, push, day four pull....etc etc.

so my question is this:

using just 40 lbs dumbells (which are more than enough for me at the moment) could someone list off a decent number of push/pull excersizes?

Currently I employ over my 3 days:

(often varying between 4x6-8 , 3x8-10 (if i can do it hahaha), as well as varying between incline decline and flat and the lunges and squats)

military presses
squats
walking lunges
bent over rows
push ups
flys (incline decline flat)
bench press (incline decline flat)

or at least point me in the direction of a website that clearly lists off what is a push and what i a pull? (i realized some are stupidly obvious....)

Here's an example:

2 Day Split Workout: Push / Pull

and another:

Pull Push Workouts - Weight LIfting Supersets Push Pull Workout

but I think the larger problem you have is your 40 lb limitation. Firstly, 40 will be too much for some exercises and not enough for others. Secondly, after a few workouts, you should be able to increase your weight, which is an important step you'd be missing here.

Anyhow, hope it helps.
