hey guys i am going into the airforce and i just wanna work on my push up and stuff would it hurt to do them everyday ....

try doin sets every other day lik sonce u can do 40 try doin 4 sets of 25 then raise by 5 each week

Do variations also, Close hand, wide arm, declined. Good form is also important.

yeah, I would say every other day at the most...i'd do them in pyramids too

one month out of the summer i did 500 pushups every other day. i did 50 pushup each hour till i reached 500. i went from 70 to 100 pushups in one month. but i havent focused on them much since. can do 60 now.
