push up help

Whenever I do push-ups I NEVER feel it in my chest. does anyone know why this is. And I also have small man boobs. they don hang off or anything but when i wear a shirt it hangs off the front. oh yeah, i forgot to explain myself. I am 14 years old. around 5'8- 5'9. 140 lbs. workout once in a while. i eat healthy usually.
breakfast: 1 bowl of Honey Comb Crunch, 1 glass of milk

lunch: 1 ham sandwhich on usually wheat bread. i carton of milk. 1 serving of fruit. 1 100 calorie packet of doritos. 1 100 calorie pack of mini fudge shop cookies.

dinner: varies. 1 serving of fruit. sometimes steak, pork chops, other meats. at least 1 serving of veggies. my mom watches what i eat

I know this sounds stupid but are you sure your doing them correctly ?
Check out videos of them on google. You don't always feel it in your chest instantly anyway.

that would be my bet to. How wide is your grip? remember to tuck your elbows, you should not have your elbows flared in a 90 degree angle out from your body, so put your hands a bit further down (towards your feet) if your not doing that already.
