Question...

im getting all four wisdom teeth removed surgically soon, and it normally means no proper eating for at least a week and probably no major exercising either

what should i do to prevent muscle loss but at the same time loose bf if possible or what is the best thing i should do?

Lots of shakes. My friend actually made shakes out of meat, they looked gross, but he said they weren't bad. Use the blender to make shakes out of... well... everything you would normally eat.

I don't get how getting the wisdom teeth removed is stoping you from exercising. Stop being a lazy ass and stop using that as an excuse.

Now, as for the food, generally eat softer foods such as cottage cheese, breads (not the crusts), ect. Stay away from things like meat which require heavy pressure to break down. LoF (Loads o fire) mad a good suggestion, but shakes alone won't get you through. You need something to mechanically break down or you'll feel hungry. Shakes can be used to get in the calories, but eat foods to get rid of the hunger.

yea im a teenager, they remove them before they start comming out. so this is 4 incisions and removal of some bone and 4 developing teeth.

most people will swell up into a ball around their cheeks for almost a week, and im prettty sure since there are like holes in your jaw just closed by stitches that you arnt supposed to raise your bloodpressure too high...

Getting wisdome teeth out is major surgery. for a day or more you can't even really function. you cant eat proper for at least a week. i bet me not exercising after a c-section was dumb too, right?
I had my Wisdom teeth pulled a month ago, sure I did'nt eat anything that was'nt soft. But I was back at the exercise regime in 3 days.
And it's not a Major surgery, a needle, a pull, a stitch. Sure the pain was excrusiating but seriously not that bad after a few days.
Just do LIGHT exercises that don't cause you to tense your face, like Bench Press, Squats, Dead Lifts, etc. are all bad ideas.

dude I had my teeth pulled a week ago---
your mouth bleeds for a day or so after, you cant work out, because the strain it puts on your mouth/teeth etc, will cause the stiches to rip, and could cause dry sockets. They give you a packet thing that says no heavy lifting/working out for at least 4-5 days.
I did have 5 out, so that could be the reason i had excessive bleeding.

Ok, we are mixing up our experiences here folks. The OP is going in for ORAL SURGERY to cut out their wisdom teeth. this takes hours, general anesthetic, and often is done at a hospital, not a dentist's office.

VERY VERY different from my experience of having my wisdom teeth in already...where it was a shot of novacain and 30 mins later 3 of my teeth were removed like everyday business.
they were healthy, straight, not impacted...just simply didn't want them. hell i didn't even get anything stronger than 600mg ibuprofen for the pain (and there was no after pain either).

hell the next day, I ate steak, and crunchy garlic bread!

The OP, however, is going in for minor surgery. drink some whey shakes, and get yoru rest so you recover quickly.

AND DO NOT DRINK OUT OF ANY STRAWS FOR 2 WEEKS. if you do, you'll suck out the blood clots in your teeth holes and get dry sockets. which are painful and can get infected easily.

exercise could make your gums continue to bleed so you probably shouldn't continue to workout. However, I had mine removed a few years ago and I was eating solid foods the next day, hope it goes well man.
