| | creatine is natrually found in meat, though, in very small doses. Its energy for your muscles, with it you can endure more training. Creatine caries a phosphate (SP?) group and gives that to ADP (which then has two phosphate groups) so it then has 3 phosphate groups and becomes ATP, which is what is used in your muscles.
This is really just me showing off my super skills the article probobly got it all covered! |

Nor Is it essential for hypertrophy, its more of an "Aid". So if your dad still wont let you use it then don't fret.

| | | hold on everybody, how old are you buddy?
because there is no way a kid of mine under 18 is taking this or protien suppliements.
they are not steroids, and unnatural, but they are not found in such quanties either.
now we seriously need to be asking how old you are, for your old man to take it away from you. because being under 18 ur body isnt full matured.... i dont want to point out the bleed obvious to everyone.
how old are you buddy?

K | Actually Creatine P is actually already produced in the body, that is why if you take the supplement you will be inceasing the amount and therefore the greater potential to synthesize ATP for quick fast actvities such as weightlifting. |

| | | exactly. Creatine P is energy, so to speak. And why on earth would a protein suppliment damage anyone whos body has not fully matured? Do you refuse all your kids to eat protein? |
