Question

I'm sorry if this has been asked already.

I'm 17 years old, 145 lbs, 12% bf.

I do a FBW every other day. I've been bulking for the past few months and put on 10 pounds. I don't want to lose any weight, however I'd like to get my bf to 10% or enough so my abs show. Is that possible? I try to stay away from cardio because I don't want to lose weight, but is there a good routine for what I want? Maybe cardio on off days until my bf is 10%?

If you want to lose bf you should be looking more at your diet than your routine. When I cut, my routine doesn't change at all... Post your diet, like what you would eat in a normal day.

I see, well my diet isn't too great but it isn't unhealthy either. It varies everyday too.

Breakfast usually I'll have oatmeal, a banana, and orange juice or water.

I don't have lunch, I just eat small meals throughtout the day but I try to eat tuna, bagels, sandwiches, etc. nothing really in particular, just whatever is around.

The only fast food I have is subway (and sometimes quiznos), I get the healthiest bread and put a lot of veggies on it.

I've noticed lately that I am getting looser about what I eat because it can get really hard eating 3000 calories of healthy food a day.
