Thanks for the info guys, I have found alot of people considering me as being thin and needing more muscle. I guess the pictures show a different story to real life. I'm not stick thin, I don't have the anorexic look at all.....I have quite a bit of body fat on me and I'm happy with that. Like stated before I don't want to loose weight anywhere as I'll fall into the unhealthy weight range. I have quite thick thighs as it is, and I don't want to do fitness modelling I just want to tone my
legs as I do still have quite a bit of fat on them as opposed to muscle. As shown in the "Spot the different" post my
legs have started to slim (as the fat is going) but I want to know what is beneficial to keep them slim as opposed to gaining large amounts of muscle. I don't want anyone to get the wrong impression here as I have been warned that people with health problems have appeared on forums before. I just want to get fit and feel confident about myself and who I am and I want to make something of myself in modelling. It's been a passion for so long that I finally want to fulfill I want to get into shape the right way that's good for my body as I personally get disgusted with some models that I feel I could snap over my kness (that's probably a little harsh but it's how I feel.)
