What are the rest of your stats (height, age, body fat %)? How long have you been training? What is your diet and exercise routine?

A bulk is always going to be accompanied with some fat gain. It's the nature of the beast. I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're describing here, but more than likely it's just an accumulation of fat.

It will come off when you decide to cut next.

The secret to bulking is finding the right balance where you're eating enough energy to facilitate hypertrophy while, at the same time, not eating so much that you're putting on fat at a significant rate.

You say you aren't tracking your cals, which very well might insinuate that you are eating too much. Until you start tracking, you won't really know. I know you said you gained some weight.... I'm too lazy to open another browser and see how much. But how much was it in what period of time?

As for the imbalanced routine, you've got to change that buddy. Imbalances aren't only bad for your physique, but also your health. That's a surefire way to end up hurt.
