| | | Questions about this T-Nation shoulder workout I read through this and I definitly have some shoulder problems. I think I am going to try it but it says to do it every 5 days. Is that once every 5 days or every day for 5 days? Also do I do every thing or split the A's and B's up? TESTOSTERONE NATION - 8 Weeks to Monster Shoulders
