I just want to say that sometimes my leg workouts leave me so sore that if i didn't know better I thought I would've injured something. The more and more I workout my legs the faster I heal from my workouts though. Now it seems like it takes 3 days tops for the soreness to go away where before it used to take a week.

Der I just got one and recently started using one! They are as important as they say! If you can't get one right away use some tennis balls. They work wonders too.

be creative with the roller. just roll along muscles that need it.

other than that, try to search for "foam roller" at t nation. I think cressey got some tips.
