IMO i say take at least 1 day off a week. I feel ya and i could probably lift everyday but just take a day to chill and watch some baseball or something. Its mostly as mental thing and a bit physical too but as long as you eat and supply ur body with enough energy you should be ok.

If you don't go after what you want, you'll never have it. If you don't ask, the answer is always no. If you don't step forward, you're always in the same place.

(Chillen)

The best way to predict your future is to create it

Your goal is a LEARNING AND EARNING process.

You have everything SUPPLIED.

You know more of a road by having traveled it than by all the conjectures and descriptions in the world.

The key issues in a program:

1. Diet
2. Stimulation (weight training, exercise routine)
3. Rest and recuperation.

Though most of the time applying the fundamental basics will work for the average person, the person needs to experiment with a program---long enough--to see if it works--for them.

Some persons have difficulty in accepting rest as part of the weight training. Maybe they think they are slacking off or not doing enough training. However, one needs to get over this complication and accept the basic fundelmental fact that "muscle growth (including cardio recovery) occurs at rest and recuperation" times and the training provides the stimulation for growth and improvement.

ROCK ON with appropriate rest.

You will not be dissappointed if you do!

Best wishes

Chillen

It's the rest time, not working out when your body rebuilds and gets stronger. When you exercise you're breaking your body down. Any good training program should have rest built into it or else you are lining yourself up for failure/injury. If you don't give your body time to rebuild and repair then it will "force your hand" by poor performance and eventual breakdown.
