| | | Rest-Pause Technique Question If I use the rest-pause technique with 135 Pounds for 3x10 on my bench..After a while should I be able to lift 135 pounds 3x10 by myself?
Right now I can max 135 Pounds 7 times in 1 set. |

| | | When you are talking about muscular failure over Latic acid failure it is a very intense thing. I personally don't know if I would recommend Rest-Pause for someone of your training experience yet. Also is should be more utilized for busting through plateaus amongst other options not a continuous method in my opinion. |

| | I think you might do better with the standard "Progressive Overload" technique. |

| | | All the others.
Bench Press
Military Press
Dumbbell Rows
Lat-pulldowns
Wrist Curls
Deadlifts
Usually I split upperbody and lowerbody. I don't have any "bench" days or "squat" days |

| Forgot to ask, how many reps and sets do you do each workout.
What I meant by "bench" day was what other exercises are used when you bench pressed during that day. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
