Rest-Pause Technique Question

If I use the rest-pause technique with 135 Pounds for 3x10 on my bench..After a while should I be able to lift 135 pounds 3x10 by myself?

Right now I can max 135 Pounds 7 times in 1 set.

When you are talking about muscular failure over Latic acid failure it is a very intense thing. I personally don't know if I would recommend Rest-Pause for someone of your training experience yet. Also is should be more utilized for busting through plateaus amongst other options not a continuous method in my opinion.

I think you might do better with the standard "Progressive Overload" technique.

Forgot to ask, but what other exercises are used during your bench day?

All the others.
Bench Press
Military Press
Dumbbell Rows
Lat-pulldowns
Wrist Curls
Deadlifts
Usually I split upperbody and lowerbody. I don't have any "bench" days or "squat" days

Forgot to ask, how many reps and sets do you do each workout.

What I meant by "bench" day was what other exercises are used when you bench pressed during that day.
