I started working out about 2 months ago and i havnt really seen any results. I workout every other day and have not skipped any workouts. I feel like the problem may be that i use a machine. Everyone says how freeweights are the way to go but im gonna be be stuck with my machine for awhile so ya know....w/e. Is there something wrong that im doing or are machines just pointless?? Im feeling the burn when i workout but im not seeing any results. any comments or suggestions would be great.
Generally it takes 8-12 weeks before any muscular changes start happening. Those that see results earlier is usually due to changing diet and activity level. Give it another 4 weeks.
Iono I think some of it may be genetics. I'm stupid so I could be wrong =P. I started working out 3 months ago and I was seeing changes 2 weeks into it but who knows. Everyones different and you'll gain that muscle just be patient and give it time.
