| | | bb.com is not a good source of information, not saying everything there is bad, but I've seen some weird stuff over there..
I remember when I was a newbie I got a piece of advice that I believe is the best I've ever heards "stay away from bodybuilding sources of information"
Now don't get me wrong, I don't hate bodybuilders and many of them know what they are doing. But it's pretty much a fact that most of the BS pages out there are directed at BBing and getting hyooge. I lived by this advice until I was experienced enough myself to separate the bull from the woll.
The bb.com video is a conventional deadlift, not romanian.
the youtube vid looks good for RDL form. |

| | | Cheers Karky - that's essentially what I was thinking.. I did look around for a good range of sources before starting and luckily I went with the youtube one as I saw it backed up at various other sources..
I do generally avoid BB sites as they seem more about size/ego's than actual technique/form..

| | | agree with Karky. the youtube video looks correct. RDL's start with your hips moving back, and theres' s some knee flexation.
