| Honestly, you've done a good job in exercise selection and the routine looks decent. If I had any suggestions, I would feel out the rest periods and try to work towards 1 days rest (depending on how you feel you are recovering). Also, you may want to mix up the sets and reps you are performing.
It looks to me like you're going in the right direction and should see some good results.
