Routine Advice/Question

Hey was just wondering if I'm doing this right or good enough;

- Squats (10 reps x 3)

- Dead-lifts (10 reps x3)

- Bench Presses (10 reps x3)

- Rows (10 reps x3)

- Pull-ups (10 reps x3)

- Shoulder Presses (10 reps x3)

After completing these... I then rest 2 days (ex. do them on a monday, rest tuesday & wednesday, and then on thursday... do them again and repeat...)

Honestly, you've done a good job in exercise selection and the routine looks decent. If I had any suggestions, I would feel out the rest periods and try to work towards 1 days rest (depending on how you feel you are recovering). Also, you may want to mix up the sets and reps you are performing.

It looks to me like you're going in the right direction and should see some good results.

Heres my updated routine...

- Squats (10 reps x 3)

- Dead-lifts (10 reps x3)

- Bench Presses (10 reps x3)

- Rows (10 reps x3)

- Pull-ups (10 reps x3)

- Shoulder Presses (10 reps x3)

- Sit Ups (10 x3)

- Tuck Ins (10 x 3)

On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

and BTW I use 20 lbs to do these and the 20 is starting to get too easy for me
