just a question...what is wave sets, pyramid sets and ladder sets? I used to do 10 8 6 6, but now I do a constant weight and just shoot for 6 reps, depening on how many exercises of that muscle group I do thats how many sets I'll do...like if i do 4 exercises I'll do 3 sets and if I do 3 exercises I'll do 4 sets...does this increase strgeth or mass...wow I don't really know what I'm doing I guess, haha...
